Mestizo Sound was founded after more than 15 years of working with sound through percussion.

Behind it lies the same journey that gave life to Nativo Percusión: years of trial and error, craftsmanship, and a constant obsession with how an instrument truly sounds in one's hands.

This journey naturally led us to broaden our horizons.

Mestizo doesn't start from scratch. It starts from experience.

Here, we select and develop instruments that uphold the same criteria: refined sound, real tactile response, and an immediate connection with the player.

The handpan marks this point of expansion. An instrument that doesn't require prior training, but does demand presence. It's understood from the first touch.
